Visit.org is seeking an experienced Freelance Event Specialist in Milan, Italy to manage logistics for in-person events. The role is per-event and on-site, requiring strong organizational skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

You will coordinate prep, shipping, staffing, and on-site execution, working with corporate partners, nonprofits, and Visit.org teams. This position offers flexible hours and potential for recurring freelance work.

Competenze

• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Based in Milan, Italy and available for per-event contracts.
• Experience with corporate events and large-scale planning.
• Ability to travel within the local region as needed.

Mansioni

• Coordinate event details, ship materials, and staff for each event.
