GE Vernova is offering a Finance Internship Program to develop hands-on experience in our finance team, focusing on strategic FP&A initiatives and performance metrics. The internship emphasizes project work, training, and exposure to senior leaders in a multinational setting.

Internship duration ranges from 6 to 12 months with a 40-hour workweek and office-based flexibility. The program supports growth, networking, and practical mastery of financial planning and analysis within a global energy

Competenze

• Eligibility: Italian work permit is required.
• Candidate profile: ready to graduate or very recent graduate from an MSc or Master's degree.
• Education: Major in Accounting or Finance is considered a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in a multinational environment is highly valued.
• Language: Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Work: Primarily office-based.

Job Description Summary Looking to make a global impact and solve problems? Join GE Vernova's Finance Internship Program and gain unparalleled hands‑on experience within our dynamic finance team. This project-oriented work assignment is designed to immerse you in GE Vernova's strategic initiatives and demonstrate the critical role finance plays in achieving our business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

You will actively contribute to the main financial planning, analysis and reporting cycles of key business KPIs (income statement, balance sheet and operational metrics), with a strong focus on process improvement and continuous learning. You will be part of multiple initiatives to help you grow your personal and professional knowledge, such as technical training/knowledge sharing sessions and roundtables with senior leaders from the business.

According to the core scope of your role, you will work cross‑functionally with finance, commercial operations, supply chain and engineering to ensure standard frameworks are in place and to drive accountability.
