Yepoda GmbH is expanding its first field team and seeking a part-time field-based sales representative in Milan, Italy. You will be the Yepoda face inside Sephora, driving sell‑out, training Sephora Beauty Advisors, and owning the relationship with store management.

You will cover one Sephora door in Milan, work 24 hours per week including weekends, and travel up to 20% for events. Previous Sephora experience is strongly preferred.

Competenze

• 2 to 5 years in prestige cosmetic sales or senior Beauty Advisor role considered
• Strong track record of driving sell‑out in retail environments
• Confidence delivering training, events, and product demonstrations in stores
• Commercially minded with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Mansioni

• Own sell-out across doors and deliver monthly/quarterly targets
• Collaborate with Sephora Beauty Advisors to lift conversion and basket size
• Train Sephora staff on products, routines, and brand story
• Coach staff on selling techniques, routine building, and cross-selling
• Provide launch education so new products land confidently in-store
• Be the face of Yepoda in store and manage relationships with Store Managers and BA teams
• Keep gondolas and displays immaculate and stock levels healthy
