Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in CS/ML/AI or related field.
• 1+ years building full-stack apps with readable, testable code.
• Experience collaborating with developers and non-technical people within software teams.
• Hands-on experience across frontend, backend, and databases.
• Experience with LLM frameworks, orchestration, agent frameworks, MCPs, evaluation frameworks, and cloud platforms.
• Strong focus on automated testing, logging, monitoring, and reliability.
• Experience in Agile teams and sprint ceremonies.
• Excellent time management in autonomous work environments.
• Strong communication in English and Italian (Milan).
