A leading IT consulting firm seeks a Middle / Senior Bid Manager to join their Licenses Team. This fully remote role involves managing Atlassian licensing offers, maintaining client relationships, and participating in public tenders across Europe, particularly in Switzerland and Germany. Ideal candidates will have experience in bid management and a high proficiency in both English and German.

The selected candidate will support activities related to Atlassian offers and public tenders across Europe, working in close contact with customers and partners. Work Mode: full remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prepare Atlassian licensing offers
• Maintain relationships with Atlassian clients
• Participate in public tenders across Europe (primarily Switzerland and Germany)
• Coordinate with Atlassian partners and vendors
• Maintain registrations on various public procurement portals
• Monitor tenders for licenses and services

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bid Manager or in a similar role
• Solid experience in public tenders
• Excellent proficiency in English
• German language proficiency (C1 level)
