We are seeking a medium experienced EWM Specialist to play a critical role as AMS. The role involves Level 2 and Level 3 support, incident resolution, problem analysis, and root cause identification, with a focus on optimizing our material management process from procurement to warehousing and shipping, while maintaining the integrity of our material master data. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP EWM configuration, material master data management, and supply chain best practices.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures for EWM master data and transactional data, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Create, maintain, and update EWM master data, including warehouse structures, storage bins, resource definitions, and other relevant objects.
- Monitor and manage data interfaces between EWM and other SAP modules or external systems, ensuring smooth data exchange.
- Conduct regular data audits and cleansing activities to identify and correct data inconsistencies and errors.
- Analyze EWM data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Design and generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into warehouse performance and key metrics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues within the EWM system.
- Provide technical support to end-users on EWM data management processes and best practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to EWM data governance, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Job Profile
Skills:
- Experienced SAP EWM module configuration skills.
- Experienced in SAP ABAP programming and FIORI Apps development.
- Skilled in debugging ABAP and FIORI Apps.
- Experience in user training, creating documentation, and providing operational support.
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities in production planning and document management.
- Experience working in managed services, handling tickets, following SLAs.
- Strong organizational and process management skills.
- Ability to work independently with deadlines.
- Problem-solving and team-working abilities.
- Fluent in English and understanding of written Italian.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
