Job summary

TXT e-Tech, part of the TXT Group, is seeking RAMS Engineers with 2+ years of reliability and logistics support experience for the Aerospace & Defence sector. The role involves joining a new aeronautical project for a leading industry customer.

Responsibilities include reliability predictions, FMECA preparation, LSA activities per ASD S3000L, Level of Repair Analysis, and direct interface with the customer. Opportunities to mentor juniors and grow within a fast-growing international company.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of RMT/LSA experience in aerospace/defence.
• FMECA and reliability prediction methods experience (MIL-HDBK-217F or FIDES).
• Knowledge of MTBF/MTTR and availability metrics.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher; eligibility for Security Clearance.

TXT e-Tech, part of the TXT Group, is looking for RAMS Engineers with at least two years of experience in reliability and logistics support disciplines for the Aerospace & Defence sector. The selected candidates will join a new project involving aeronautical programs for a leading industry customer.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform reliability predictions, maintainability analyses, and testability assessments;
• Preparation and review of FMECA analyses, as well as Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) activities in compliance with ASD S3000L, including maintenance task analysis and definition.
• Contribute to LORA (Level of Repair Analysis) activities;
• Interface directly with the customer on technical matters;
• Support the onboarding and development of junior colleagues.

Required Technical Skills:

• 2–3 years of experience in RMT/LSA within the aerospace or defence sector;
• Hands-on experience with FMECA and reliability prediction methodologies (MIL-HDBK-217F or FIDES);
• Strong understanding of MTBF, MTTR, and availability metrics;
• Knowledge of the ASD S3000L standard;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
• Eligibility to obtain Security Clearance (NOS).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with RAMS/LSA tools such as RAM Commander, LSA Commander, or Windchill Quality;
• Knowledge of ASD S4000P, S1000D, or S2000M standards;
• Previous experience on military programs.

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.

• The contract offered for this position is a permanent one, and the salary range for this position is between EUR 34.000 € and EUR 38.000 € gross per year.
• The grading/level will be defined during the selection process based on the candidate's profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labor Agreement (Metalworking Industry).
