Venetian Cluster is hiring a Middle Project Manager – European Project Development

We are looking for a mid-level Project Manager to join our team and manage European-funded projects . The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects in line with budget, timeline, and objectives . This is a dynamic and rewarding role that requires strong management, communication, and strategic skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage project timelines
• Monitor progress and quality of deliverables
• Coordinate and support team members in the execution of project tasks
• Prepare reports and update stakeholders and partners on project progress
• Contribute to the writing and submission of new European project proposals

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)

Experience in project management, preferably in European-funded programs (Horizon Europe, Interreg, Erasmus+, etc.)

Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)

Good command of English (spoken and written)

Ability to work independently, results-oriented, and a team player mindset
