  • Troubleshoot basic plumbing, light electrical, and light HVAC issues efficiently
  • Manage work orders via iPhone app, prioritizing tasks and escalating issues as needed
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
  • Assist with inventory and provide top-notch service to residents, vendors, and teammates
  • Collaborate with property management to enhance experiences

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year in make-ready, maintenance, or similar field
  • Comfort with hand tools and moderate-to-heavy physical demands (lift 50-100+ lbs, climb ladders, stand 90% of workday)
  • Self-starter with problem-solving skills and a team-player attitude

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work Orders (60%): Complete tasks like electrical, plumbing, and painting to high standards in a timely, cost-conscious manner
  • Communication (15%): Keep residents and team informed on progress, coordinating with vendors when needed
  • On-Call (5%): Respond to emergencies during scheduled after-hours shifts (one week/month)
  • 20% reserved for interruptions or unplanned events
