Job description:

Ariston Group has embarked on a Digital Transformation Program that will bring a radical innovation across the entire value chain. This program will bring significant changes in the business processes through the adoption of digital technologies and will require new skills and expertise with a good mix of business understating and technical know-how.

Microsoft dynamics CRM Senior Analyst

Ariston Group is looking for an experienced professional who wants to support the digitalization of Service processes leveraging on existing and new technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the full life-cycle development of the Digital applications in his/her responsibility area from project execution to application maintenance, including the functional analysis, developments/interfaces specifications, UAT support to go-live and post go-live activities;
  • Cooperate with business functions to properly address the business demand, propose appropriate technical solutions and translate them in functional/technical requirements;
  • Design, configure, and maintain the CRM (Microsoft D365) and integrations within other solutions (Sap ECC, C4C, Oracle OFS, AWS, Sap PO/IS, etc);
  • Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and reliability of customizations;
  • Act as subject matter expert for the applications under his/her responsibility working in strict cooperation with internal stakeholders (ICT and Business);
  • Supplier coordination and collaboration.

QUALIFICATION:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Management engineering (or similar field);
  • 4-5 years of professional experience as CRM Microsoft D365 solution analyst in multinational companies (consultancy or end clients);
  • Good knowledge of business service processes and their digitalization through IT technologies;
  • Experience on CRM Microsoft D365 (Master Data, Call Center integration, Field Service, Mobile), other solutions are a plus (SAP ERP and CRM, SAP C4C, Oracle Field Service);
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities;
  • Strong analytical mindset with a creative vision;
  • Problem solving, ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines;
  • Fluent English;
  • Availability to travel (25%).
