We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the management, development, and evolution of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, driving process optimization and digital transformation across the business. This is a cross-functional role with strong collaboration across all departments to ensure the CRM becomes a strategic enabler for company growth.

? Key Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously evolve the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
• Collect and analyze business requirements to design effective custom solutions.
• Implement process automations and customizations using Power Platform tools.
• Provide technical support to users and ensure system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with external partners and consultants when needed.
• Optimize and enhance CRM processes and workflows, especially in the B2B service module.
• Create technical documentation and support internal training initiatives.

? Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Solid knowledge of customization of forms, data structures, and entities.
• Experience with Power Platform tools: Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server; familiarity with Azure is a plus.
• Experience managing end-to-end CRM projects.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving mindset, and a proactive attitude.
• English language skills is considered a plus.
