We are looking for a
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist
to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the
management, development, and evolution
of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, driving process optimization and digital transformation across the business. This is a cross-functional role with strong collaboration across all departments to ensure the CRM becomes a strategic enabler for company growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and continuously evolve the
Microsoft Dynamics 365
platform. Collect and analyze business requirements to design effective
custom solutions . Implement
process automations and customizations
using Power Platform tools. Provide
technical support
to users and ensure system performance and reliability. Collaborate with
external partners and consultants
when needed. Optimize and enhance
CRM processes and workflows , especially in the
B2B service module . Create
technical documentation
and support
internal training initiatives .
Requirements 3+ years of experience
working with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Solid knowledge of
customization of forms, data structures, and entities . Experience with
Power Platform tools : Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse. Ability to
translate business requirements into technical solutions . Knowledge of
Microsoft SQL Server ; familiarity with
Azure
is a plus. Experience managing
end-to-end CRM projects . Strong
teamwork , problem-solving mindset, and a
proactive attitude . English
language skills is considered a plus.
