We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Microsoft Business Central Consultant with approximately 2 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for our diverse client base. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, translate requirements into functional specifications, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in all phases of Microsoft Business Central implementation projects, including discovery, analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Gather and analyze client business requirements, translating them into effective Business Central solutions.
• Configure and customize Business Central modules (e.g., Financial Management, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Project Management, Manufacturing) to meet client-specific needs.
• Develop functional design specifications for customizations and integrations.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide comprehensive end-user training.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing Business Central implementations.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, technical developers, and other team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Approximately 2 years of hands-on experience as a Microsoft Business Central Consultant or in a similar role involving Business Central implementation and support.
• Proven experience with Business Central functionalities across various modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Inventory).
• Understanding of core business processes (finance, supply chain, operations).
• Fluent in Italian and English

Preferred (but not required) Skills & Experience:

• Microsoft Certifications related to Business Central (e.g., MB-800: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant).
• Experience with other Microsoft Dynamics products (e.g., Dynamics GP, NAV).
• Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) and data migration techniques.
• Basic understanding of AL development or extensions in Business Central.
