Competenze

Role : MES Consultant

Employment Type : Permanent ONLY

Work Mode : Remote with occasional travel to client office

Language : English and Italian language mandatory

Job Description

• Experience and technical knowledge with AVEVA MES solutions is mandatory.
• Knowledge of AVEVA MES Modules : Performance, Operations, and Quality.
• Experience with AVEVA System Platform, InTouch, and / or OMI.
• Good knowledge of Production Scheduling, Optimization, Production Sequencing, Order Execution, Genealogy and Traceability, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), ERP Integration, Production Quality, and Automation.
• Ability to prepare and understand functional requirements for MOM and Manufacturing IT systems.
• Experience in translating Business requirements into functional or technical solutions by mapping business processes to manufacturing IT MES systems.
• Proficiency in preparing FRS, FDS, testing, and validation exercises, including constructing test scripts for SITUAT and functional validation.
• Knowledge of industry standards like ISA95, ISA88, MESA, GMP, etc.
• Experience with upgrades and migrations using various tools, approaches, and best practices.
• Understanding of control systems automation and integration with MES.
