Job Description

• Experience and technical knowledge with AVEVA MES solutions is Mandatory
• AVEVA MES Modules Performance Operations and Quality
• AVEVA System Platform
• AVEVA InTouch and/or OMI
• Good knowledge of Production Scheduling and Optimization, Production Sequencing, Order Execution, Genealogy and Traceability, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), ERP Integration, Production Quality, and Automation
• Ability to prepare and comprehend the functional requirements for MOM, Manufacturing IT systems
• Experience in converting Business requirements to functional or technical solutions by mapping business processes to manufacturing IT MES systems
• Preparing FRS, FDS, testing & validation exercises, and constructing test scripts for SITUAT and functional validation
• Knowledge of leading industry standards like ISA95, ISA88, MESA, GMP, etc.
• Experience in upgrade migrations with various tools, approaches, and best practices
• Understanding control systems automation and its integration with MES
