Job Description

We are seeking a professional with the following qualifications and experience:

1. Experience: 8 to 20 years of relevant experience only.
2. Work Mode: Remote with occasional travel to client offices.
3. Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Italian.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

1. Experience and technical knowledge with AVEVA MES solutions is mandatory.
2. Familiarity with AVEVA MES Modules: Performance, Operations, and Quality.
3. Experience with AVEVA InTouch and/or OMI.
4. Strong knowledge of Production Scheduling, Optimization, Production Sequencing, Order Execution, Genealogy and Traceability, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), ERP Integration, Production Quality, and Automation.
5. Ability to prepare and understand functional requirements for Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) and Manufacturing IT systems.
6. Experience in translating Business requirements into functional or technical solutions by mapping business processes to manufacturing IT MES systems.
7. Proficiency in preparing Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Design Folders (FDS), testing, and validation exercises, including constructing test scripts for SITUAT and functional validation.
8. Knowledge of industry standards such as ISA-95, ISA-88, MESA, GMP, etc.
9. Experience with Upgrades and Migrations using various tools, approaches, and best practices.
10. Understanding of control systems automation and its integration with MES.
11. Manufacturing domain experience across diverse industries.
