A global workforce solutions company is seeking an MES Consultant to work remotely with occasional travel to client sites. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with AVEVA MES solutions, including knowledge of performance and operations modules. A background in production scheduling and ERP integration is essential. Good command of English and Italian is required for this role.

Job Description :

• Experience and technical knowledge with AVEVA MES solutions is mandatory.
• Knowledge of AVEVA MES Modules : Performance, Operations, and Quality.
• Experience with AVEVA System Platform.
• Familiarity with AVEVA Work Tasks, Skelta BPM, AVEVA Enterprise Integrator, and AVEVA InTouch / OMI.
• Good knowledge of Production Scheduling, Optimization, Production Sequencing, Order Execution, Genealogy and Traceability, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), ERP Integration, Production Quality, and Automation.
• Ability to prepare and understand functional requirements for MOM and Manufacturing IT systems.
• Experience in translating business requirements into functional or technical solutions by mapping business processes to manufacturing IT MES systems.
• Preparation of FRS, FDS, testing, and validation exercises, including constructing test scripts for SITUAT and functional validation.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as ISA95, ISA88, MESA, GMP, etc.
• Experience with upgrade migrations, utilizing various tools, approaches, and best practices.
• Understanding of control systems automation and their integration with MES.
• Manufacturing domain experience across diverse industries.
