Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in AVEVA MES solutions. The ideal candidate should have:

1. Experience and technical knowledge with AVEVA MES solutions, including modules for Performance, Operations, and Quality (Mandatory)
2. Proficiency in AVEVA InTouch and/or OMI
3. Good understanding of Production Scheduling, Optimization, Production Sequencing, Order Execution, Genealogy, Traceability, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), ERP Integration, Production Quality, and Automation
4. Ability to prepare and understand functional requirements for Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) and Manufacturing IT systems
5. Experience in translating business requirements into functional or technical solutions by mapping business processes to manufacturing IT MES systems
6. Experience in preparing Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Design Specifications (FDS), testing, and validation exercises, including scripting for system validation
7. Knowledge of industry standards such as ISA95, ISA88, MESA, GMP, etc.
8. Experience with upgrade and migration projects, utilizing various tools, approaches, and best practices
9. Understanding of control systems automation and its integration with MES
10. Manufacturing domain experience across diverse industries
