Job Description

We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications and experience:

• Experience: 8 to 20 years of relevant experience only
• Work Mode: Remote with occasional travel to client offices
• Languages: English and Italian

Responsibilities and Requirements

1. Mandatory experience and technical knowledge with AVEVA MES solutions
2. Proficiency in AVEVA MES Modules: Performance, Operations, and Quality
3. Experience with AVEVA InTouch and/or OMI
4. Strong knowledge of Production Scheduling, Optimization, Production Sequencing, Order Execution, Genealogy and Traceability, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), ERP Integration, Production Quality, and Automation
5. Ability to prepare and understand functional requirements for Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) and Manufacturing IT systems
6. Experience in translating business requirements into functional or technical solutions by mapping business processes to manufacturing IT MES systems
7. Preparation of Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Design Specifications (FDS), and conducting testing & validation exercises, including scripting for system validation and functional testing
8. Knowledge of industry standards such as ISA95, ISA88, MESA, GMP, etc.
9. Experience with upgrade migrations, utilizing various tools, approaches, and best practices
10. Understanding of control systems automation and its integration with MES
11. Manufacturing domain experience across diverse industries
