Job Description

We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications and experience:

1. Experience: 8 to 20 years of relevant experience in the field.
2. Work Mode: Remote work with occasional travel to client offices.
3. Languages: Proficiency in English and Italian.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

1. Mandatory experience and technical knowledge of AVEVA MES solutions.
2. Knowledge of AVEVA MES Modules such as Performance, Operations, and Quality.
3. Experience with AVEVA InTouch and/or OMI.
4. Strong understanding of Production Scheduling, Optimization, Production Sequencing, Order Execution, Genealogy, Traceability, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), ERP Integration, Production Quality, and Automation.
5. Ability to prepare and understand functional requirements for Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) and Manufacturing IT systems.
6. Experience in translating business requirements into functional or technical solutions by mapping business processes to manufacturing IT MES systems.
7. Proficiency in preparing Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Design Specification Documents (FDS), testing, and validation exercises, including constructing test scripts for SITUAT and functional validation.
8. Knowledge of industry standards such as ISA-95, ISA-88, MESA, GMP, etc.
9. Experience with upgrade and migration projects, utilizing various tools, approaches, and best practices.
10. Understanding of control systems automation and its integration with MES.
11. Manufacturing domain experience across diverse industries.
