We are seeking a Merchant Risk Specialist, part of the 2nd Line of Defence Risk in Worldline Merchant Services Italia. The primary responsibilities include overseeing the risk management framework governing merchant risk and managing the Risk Data Analyst to ensure data quality.
Under the supervision of the local Chief Risk Officer, the Merchant Risk Manager addresses merchant risks (credit, fraud, payment schemes, integrity) and ensures that the risk/reward balance aligns with the company's strategy.
The Merchant Risk Manager contributes to designing and overseeing the risk reporting tools used for merchant portfolio reporting and steering. Responsibilities involve managing risks from payment transactions of Worldline’s merchants and providing user-friendly tools that reflect accurate portfolio data. The team aims to transform large transaction data into insights, dashboards, and KRIs.
Collaborate with product teams, operations, data engineers, and risk experts to plan, develop, and deliver merchant risk projects from initiation through completion.
