Position

We are looking for a Junior Visual Merchandising Intern. The candidate will support the correct application of visual guidelines defined by the head office in the assigned territory, ensuring the correct brand image across the country, and will provide ongoing support and training to sales staff.

Main Activities:

1. Support in setting up and communicating guidelines to ensure a fulfilling in-store customer experience through visual merchandising.
2. Collaborate with the headquarters/marketing visual team, other regional visuals, and sales teams to standardize shop images (reports, photos, ideas).
3. Monitor that shops are updated with seasonal product launches and technical product details.
4. Develop and circulate ideas/information (visual, marketing, commercial) by visiting competitors (photos, requests).
5. Coordinate seasonal/annual in-store marketing activities based on product delivery schedules (marketing calendar, collection, planogram).
6. Oversee implementation and control of consumable shortages (pop displays, promos, props), measure their effectiveness, and report findings.
7. Manage production of promotional materials and showcases.
8. Participate in stock management, inform store/area managers about slow sellers, bestsellers, problems, and opportunities, and assist in venue/showroom fittings and new retail openings.

Requirements:
