We pioneer the test and repeat model, ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time.

What you’ll be doing
  • Managing daily operations with our Italian suppliers
  • Overseeing office budgets, organizing meetings, and managing databases
  • Collaborating closely with the UK buying & merchandising teams to manage the critical path and ensure smooth end-to-end processes
  • Ordering stationery and furniture for the Italy office
  • Maintaining strong supplier relationships to prevent delays
  • Managing spreadsheets and trackers for stock
  • Working with the Sourcing and Ethical Compliance managers in Italy
  • Ensuring health and safety policies are up to date
  • Collaborating across groups to achieve business goals
  • Seeking continuous process improvements
