A leading construction consultancy is seeking a MEP Construction Superintendent to manage large-scale projects. This full-time role involves overseeing MEP activities, ensuring quality and safety, and collaborating with diverse teams. Ideal candidates will have a degree in engineering and experience in project management within international environments.

As a MEP Construction Superintendent at Linesight , you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. In this role you will:

  • Responsible for management of all MEP related activities.
  • Manage large scale construction projects for clients, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, with high quality
  • Monitor the day-to-day activities in the field, managing the flow of information, and reporting and tracking issues arising from progress, quality and safety
  • Coordinate with the client team, consultant team and the contractor on all snagging activities, including the schedule and partner engagement
  • Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve effectively
  • Implement and monitor key project processes, partnering with the client to make improvements and revisions
  • Implement project procedures and use reasonable endeavours to ensure that this procedure is always observed
  • Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners
  • Review proposed variations and delays in the works

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple large, complex construction projects
  • Demonstrated project management experience in international environments, ideally on mission-critical facilities such as data centers.
  • A strong understanding of HV/MV power transmission systems, MEP engineering principles
  • Proven experience with general contractor, client and vendor management.

Extensive involvement in the development of Mission Critical Facilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The ability to manage deadlines independently and provide support to project teams

The capability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams

Sound knowledge of construction health and safety practices

Experience working on international projects, with a strong appreciation for cultural awareness, diversity, and inclusion in large-scale program delivery
