Arup in Milan is seeking an experienced MEP BIM Coordinator to join our Building Services team. You will produce MEP 3D models using Revit and other BIM tools, maintain disciplined BIM models, and coordinate with engineers and designers to ensure project quality.

You will also explore automated workflows to improve efficiency and support virtual design reviews, contributing to climate-conscious, low-carbon building solutions for Milan and beyond.

Competenze

• Minimum 4 years of post-qualification in the MEP environment.
• Experience in Revit MEP.
• Experience in creating REVIT Families.
• Knowledge of Solibri.

Mansioni

• Produce MEP 3D models using Revit and other BIM software, plus detailed MEP G.A. drawings, plans and sections.
• Set up and maintain discipline BIM models including levels, grids, coordinates, views and sheets.
• Collaborate with MEP engineers and complete mark-ups.
• Coordinate design work with in-house staff and other design professionals.
• Investigate and develop more efficient ways of working through tools and automation.
• Support virtual design reviews and drive implementation of actions by discipline.

As An MEP BIM Coordinator At Arup, You Will

• Produce MEP 3D models using Revit and other BIM software, as well as detailed MEP G.A. drawings, plans and sections.
• Set up and maintain discipline BIM models including levels / grids / co-ordinates / views /sheets etc.
• Work alongside MEP Engineers and complete mark-ups.
• Coordinate the design work with in-house staff as well as other design professionals.
• Investigate and develop more efficient ways of working through use of existing tolls and automation.
• Support virtual design reviews (drive models / take notes / drive implementation of actions specific to disciplines).

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is passionate about sustainable building design. These are the essential skills and qualifications for the position:

• Minimum 4 years of post-qualification in the MEP environment.
• Experience in Revit MEP.
• Experience in creating REVIT Families.
• Knowledge of Solibri.
