About the Role - The Members Club Manager will be responsible for the seamless launch, operation, and ongoing success of our upcoming private members clubs in Milan. This role will involve overseeing all aspects of the club’s operations, from exceptional membership to staff management and business development. You will be the face of the club, creating a welcoming, exclusive environment and ensuring that every detail reflects our brand’s commitment to luxury, innovation, and personalized experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are upheld across all areas of the club.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
  • Resolve member complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote club membership and retention through customer engagement strategies.
  • Host member events, promotions, and activities to build community.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, including facilities management, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure that all areas of the club, including lounges, dining, fitness areas, and pools, meet safety and quality standards.
  • Manage club resources and ensure proper inventory management for supplies and equipment.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment to ensure high morale and exceptional guest service standards.
  • Support the Cluster Finance & HR Team to develop and manage the club’s budget, ensuring profitability and efficient use of resources.
  • Responsible of the P&L of the Club.
  • Analyze financial performance and recommend improvements or adjustments.
  • Support the Marketing Team to create and implement marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
  • Support the Events Team to plan and organize events, tournaments, or themed nights to increase club visibility and member participation.
  • Ensure the club complies with all relevant local laws, regulations, and health & safety standards.
  • Support the Cluster HR Team to ensure that staff are properly trained on emergency procedures, safety protocols and first aid.
  • Prepare regular reports for club ownership or senior management on performance, financials, and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Club Manager, or Membership Club Manager or similar role. Experience in managing a private members club, membership sales and program activation.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in customer service and conflict resolution.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and basic accounting.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Previous experience in hospitality and luxury.
