Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a senior technical contributor (MTS) to lead wet process development and complex experimentation for memory fabrication.

You will mentor engineers, drive process integration, and transfer technology while delivering results aligned with roadmaps. The role emphasizes collaboration across functions, documentation of SOPs, and the use of AI-assisted tools to enhance efficiency and quality in vapor etch, wet/dry strip, and etching processes.

Competenze

• PhD/MS/BS with extensive relevant experience in electrical engineering, materials science, chemical engineering, physics or related field.
• Deep understanding of vapor etch, wet strip, dry strip, and selective chemical etching; fix process issues and support transfer R&D manufacturing.
• Familiarity with fab metrology tools (e.g., CD-SEM, thickness measurement, particle counters).
• DOE / SPC and data analysis systems (e.g., Y3) to analyze experimental outcomes.
• Working knowledge of memory process flow (planar + vertical NAND).
• Cross‑functional collaboration, concise communication, and prioritization in dynamic environments.
