A leading hotel group in Milan is seeking a Meeting & Events Group Sales Executive to ensure exceptional service and maximize customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, process requests from lead qualification to negotiation, and collaborate with team members in a dynamic environment. If you have a proactive attitude and are fluent in Italian and English, this opportunity is for you.

Competenze

  • Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience as an M&E Consultant in the hotel sector (preferred).

Mansioni

  • Handle all inquiries according to Radisson Hotel Group standards.
  • Process requests from lead qualification to negotiation and contract signing.
  • Assist in converting requests and contribute to a sales culture.
  • Collaborate with team members to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Develop skills and knowledge in the Meetings & Events department.

As a Meeting & Events Group Sales Executive, you will join a passionate team, guaranteeing exceptional service within one of the largest and most dynamic hotel groups in the world, which has an expanding portfolio of more than 1100 hotels worldwide.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Handling all inquiries according to Radisson Hotel Group standards and within agreed timelines, ensuring corporate standards are met and adhered to.
  • Processing requests from lead qualification to negotiation and contract signing, utilizing all available tools for optimal conversion.
  • Assisting in converting requests across multiple platforms and contributing to an ambitious sales culture to seize all sales opportunities.
  • Collaborating with team members to maximize customer satisfaction by adopting a positive and responsive approach to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Developing and enhancing your skills and knowledge within the Meetings & Events department.
