IQVIA MedTech is seeking a Field Service Technician to install and configure automated medication dispensing systems across healthcare facilities. The role requires coordinating with engineers, project managers, and healthcare staff, with paid training and frequent travel across locations.

The position emphasizes hands-on hardware/software installation, quality compliance, and data recording from product tests, while offering strong growth opportunities within IQVIA's medical device division.

Competenze

• Diploma di Maturità is required.
• Minimum 1 year related electronics, hardware, software or mechanical experience required.
• English and Italian is required.
• Professional business acumen and communication skills required.
• Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating systems.
• Ability to work with design engineers, project managers & healthcare personnel to identify equipment layout, operations, and workflow required.
• Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including proof of vaccination status, required.
• Position may/will require up to date immunizations.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 poundsrequired.

Mansioni

• Organizing, testing, and assembling automated medication dispensing systems; all tasks revolve around installing and configuring hardware, software and mechanical medical devices.
• Review of schematics / drawings, documentation, and logistics to support installation activities.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with quality compliance requirements.
• Partner with a team of support staff, manage project timelines and customer needs.
• Training for this role will be provided and is paid
