An Italian research university is seeking a full-time candidate to conduct scientific research and teaching in Gastroenterology. The ideal applicant will engage in activities related to digestive endoscopy and teach courses in both Italian and English. This role requires advanced knowledge in the field and the ability to lead academic programs.

Competenze

• PhD in a relevant field is preferred.

Offer Description

The candidate will be required to carry out scientific activities consistent with the topics of the scientific-disciplinary sector or with interdisciplinary topics related to it, including, in particular, diagnostic and therapeutic digestive endoscopy, the treatment of complex neoplastic and preneoplastic lesions of the gastrointestinal tract, diagnostic and therapeutic biliopancreatic endoscopy, the diagnosis and endoscopic treatment of chronic inflammatory bowel diseases, and the development and validation of new techniques in digestive endoscopy. The candidate will have to carry out teaching activities related to the teaching of Gastroenterology in the degree courses provided in the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery (in Italian and English), as well as in medical specialization schools.
