Our dynamic team, belonging to UniCredit Digital – Bank Insurance Solutions, is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ICT solutions and supporting Business Stakeholders.
What you'll be doing
Key tasks and responsibilities :
- Act as a point of reference for Bank Stakeholders and Project Team taking accountability of activities in charge.
- Support the Project Estimation facilitating analysis and challenging through own professional judgement and product knowledge.
- Support the Project Analysis in coordination with technical professionals, creating a reliable functional analysis over which development starts.
- Create Project Plan and Product roadmap coherent with Business ambitions, sharing the main milestones with project stakeholders.
- Work in a challenging and dynamic environment.
- Manage early warning situations to prevent project risks.
- Guarantee project budget monitoring (through dedicated tools) in coherence with KPIs and project timeline.
- Participate and lead the Project approval committee.
- Lead Project meetings and be accountable and / or responsible for Project documentation (status updates, managerial reporting, analysis), tracking proper evidence.
- Accountable for external providers' activities and related budget.
- Coordinate Project Teams and Project stakeholders, facilitating interactions and preventing escalation.
- Leverage own skills to contribute to the Feasibility Study / Strategic initiatives (cross function / cross products).
- Be part of the Team contributing to its growth by promoting quality professional relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
Requirements : Mandatory :
- 5+ years experience in Insurance - Bank Insurance – Consulting – Program & Delivery Management fields.
- 5+ years experience in IT and / or multifunctional IT projects / programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Economics.
- Ability to assist and coordinate the delivering factories in elaboration of correct effort and cost estimations, solution proposals, and target architecture design.
- Test plan and test execution management.
- Budget and delivery monitoring as well as regular status reporting to project committees.
- Solid analytical and organizational capabilities, with strong coordination skills.
- Good background in managing complex ICT projects / programs.
- Good team working capabilities in the context of medium to large project teams distributed among multiple countries / locations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a complex environment with high attention on delivery.
- High risk awareness and solution-oriented approach.
- Good knowledge of Project Management principles and methodologies.
- Very good prioritization skills to balance key priorities.
- Execution & discipline maintaining a clear focus and seeing action through to delivery.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Italian.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and focus on business value.
