Responsibilities

• Serve as a field-based medical expert within the Medical Science Liaison group.
• Communicate scientific and product information to healthcare professionals and gather insights for internal use.
• Support local R&D strategies and develop scientific engagement plans.
• Engage with healthcare stakeholders, educating them on clinical data and scientific advancements.
• Respond to inquiries and provide field insights to internal teams.
• Support speaker training and sponsored research activities.
• Lead or participate in project teams supporting MSL strategies.
• Maintain clinical expertise and support congress activities.
• Build and nurture long-term professional relationships.

Qualifications

• Doctoral or Master’s degree in Sciences or Medicine.
• At least five years of experience in Medical Affairs or clinical practice, with a minimum of two years as an MSL.
• Expertise in rare diseases, immunology, or endocrinology is a plus.
• Strong project management and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of clinical research, drug safety, and compliance.
• Fluent in English; based in Northern Italy.
