Competenze

Position Snapshot

• Permanent contract, full time
• Residence Address: Milan city or Milan province
• Geographic work area: Milan and Pavia province
• Degree in Pharmacy or Health Sciences
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Pharmacist or Medical Representative / Informatore
• Fluent Italian and good knowledge of English

Position Summary

Responsible for ethically and scientifically building the image and role of Nestlé Health Science within the nutraceutical sector (vitamins, minerals, probiotics, antioxidants, herbs, etc.). As a Medical Representative, you will interface with Pharmacists, Healthcare Professionals (HCP), and retailers within a specified territory to promote recommendation, advocacy, and prescriptions of these products, increasing sales in retail outlets. You will ensure proper communication with local colleagues and team members to manage the business effectively, achieve targets within deadlines, and monitor KPIs constantly.

A day in the life of a Medical Representative

1. Organize and conduct training activities for pharmacists to encourage sales of Nestlé Health Science products.
2. Provide scientific information about product characteristics, therapeutic indications, dosing, and side effects to HCPs and retailers.
3. Collaborate with pharmacists as a consultant for managing categories covered by Nestlé Health Science portfolio, seeking differentiation.
4. Visit HCPs and opinion leaders regularly within the territory, responding to their needs, managing opportunities, objections, and critical issues.
