About Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026: This Organizing Committee manages the 2026 Winter Olympics and Paralympics, overseeing the organization, promotion, and communication of the sporting and cultural events. The committee values respect, determination, legacy, engagement, and sustainability. The event will span 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, and 2,300 municipalities across 22,000 km².

Established in 2019, the committee coordinates with the IOC, Milano, Cortina, and CONI, with partners including the Italian Paralympic Committee, Lombardy and Veneto Regions, Trento and Bolzano / Bozen Autonomous Provinces, and support from the Italian Government.

Position: During the Games, the Medical Services team manages medical care and health planning for athletes, officials, media, workforce, and spectators. Responsibilities include medical care delivery, emergency services, hospital relations, infection control, disaster planning, and operational support.

Role of Medical Project Manager Specialist: Responsible for planning, control activities, and reporting during all project phases: strategic, operational, and Games time.

Requirements:

  • Design and deliver high-quality, data-driven PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and organize files within Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), ensuring proper version control and security.

Responsibilities include:

  • Act as a point of contact for Medical Services questions from different FAs.
  • Develop and maintain planning documents for Medical Services FA.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Three-year degree in economics, management, or related field; experience in organizational settings.
  • Experience in organizing sporting, cultural, or musical events is a plus.
  • Project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in project management within events and the medical sector is advantageous.
  • Ability to create clear, impactful reports and presentations.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and build strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
  • Certification in Microsoft Office (e.g., MOS) or experience in staff management is preferred.
