A leading international pharma company is seeking a Medical Manager to enhance their team in Italy. This role involves crafting and implementing medical strategies, building KOL relationships, and leading evidence generation efforts. Candidates should possess a medical or scientific degree, have substantial industry experience, and excellent communication skills. The position requires travel across Northern Italy to engage with stakeholders and support internal initiatives.

Competenze

• At least 3 years direct experience in developing KOL relationships.
• Experience in leading RWE and evidence generation activities.
• History of working in Oncology.

BioTalent are delighted to be partnering with a growing international pharma company seeking a Medical Manager to join their team. This will work alongside another Medical Manager in Italy, with responsibility for devising and executing medical strategy.

Your key activities in this role would include :

Working on pre-launch and post launch medical activities Mapping and establishing with relationships with KOLs Drive the Real-World Evidence and Data (RWE / D) studies for UK Creation of content including medical slide decks and briefing KOLs for congress and symposia presentations in alignment with brand strategy Organizing Advisory Boards Responding to requests for medical information from healthcare professionals Overseeing Investigator-Initiated trials (IIT) Providing medical input to Marketing projects in accordance with European strategy Ensure all activities are executed in accordance with regulatory and legal frameworks, as well as internal compliance procedures

Ideally, you will :

Have a degree in a medical or scientific discipline Be able to travel approximately 60% across Northern Italy for internal and external meetings Have demonstrable strategic experience with pre-launch and launch activities At least 3 years direct experience in developing KOL relationships, within an MSL capacity Previous experience in leading RWE and evidence generation activities History of working in Oncology Excellent communication skills
