Your mission
Belonging to the Dermocosmetic Subsidiary for the Dermatological Information Direction, Pierre Fabre Italia is looking for a MEDICAL INFORMATION MANAGER.
Your Mission:
- Lead the team of Medical Information Field Force at national level and implement the medical promotion strategy to achieve business goals.
- Guarantee the Sales Force Effectiveness (Area managers and Med Reps) and the implementation of plans of action in line with the brands strategies.
- Improve quality and quantity of “calls” through the implementation of an omnichannel approach.
- Collaborate in defining the promotional strategy for med reps according to the brand strategy and guarantee its daily operational implementation.
- Analyze national & regional data, identify levers of improvement to optimize performance.
- Participate in business projects related to the priorities and responsibilities.
- Support medical marketing in promotional strategy definition, collaborating with Medical Department.
- Support the marketing team to set more efficient digital and sales tools.
- Manage and coordinate national and local medical initiatives by engaging KOLs and Scientific Societies, in line with global and local strategies.
- Define operational and performance KPIs, focusing on prescription ranges.
- Lead the medical information team towards achieving business objectives, through monthly monitoring of activities and results.
- Contribute to the development of CRM ecosystem by establishing specific metrics & KPIs and guarantee the field force effective usage.
- Establish close relations with scientific societies, KOL and ensure the compliance of medical rules and procedures for messages and initiatives provided to scientific community.
- Organize and participate in internal national and local meetings to review business results and set cycle goals.
- Collaborate with medical and marketing dept to ensure a continuous improvement of FF scientific skills (fieldworks program, accordingly with the line manager).
Education:
- Three to five years of post-secondary education (degree or master) with a focus on business/sales or Sciences.
- English high level, spoken and written (must have).
- French spoken and written (nice to have).
Experience:
- Medical Information experience (at least 8 years).
- Solid People management experience (at least 3 employees or more; not included stage or external contracts).
