ICON Clinical Plc is seeking a Medical Director - Neurology to lead medical strategy for neurology programs. You will collaborate with sponsors, sites and cross-functional teams to shape protocol medical issues and safety reviews, while contributing to investigator meetings and business development.

You will drive medical leadership, enable efficient operations and help advance neurological therapies, ensuring ethical, compliant clinical research and strong physician leadership.

Competenze

• MD or equivalent required; Neurology board certification.
• Minimum 2 years in Clinical Research across academia, pharma/biotech/CRO.
• Proven medical leadership and consultation experience in pharma/biotech; regulatory/ethical know-how.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.

In this role you will lead medical strategy and guidance for neurology programs within ICON, ensuring ethical, compliant and high-impact clinical research. You will collaborate with sponsors, sites, and cross-functional teams to shape protocol medical issues and safety reviews, while contributing to investigator meetings and business development. You drive medical leadership, enable efficient operations, and help advance neurological therapies at a global CRO.
