Sanofi in Milan is offering a Medical Affairs Internship for Master’s graduates or finalists to gain hands‑on experience in medical communications, literature research and cross‑functional strategy.

Based at the Milan hub, the hybrid role focuses on Respiratory, with exposure to medical education initiatives, content generation, and promotional review while collaborating with teams across functions.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Biotechnology or related natural life‑sciences field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English (B2+/C1 or higher) with professional proficiency in Italian.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for metrics dashboards and slide decks.

Mansioni

• Medical events & meeting coordination: assist in organizing materials for meetings, webinars, advisory boards and cross‑functional alignments.
• Cross‑functional department alignment: collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, Medical Information, and Regulatory Affairs.
• Medical review & literature research: conduct literature research, assist with medical consultancies, review promotional materials for compliance.
• Clinical trial status tracking: help track and update localized clinical‑trial status metrics.
• Cross‑functional project support: participate in international conference calls and support pipeline projects across functions.
• Teamwork & integration: demonstrate accuracy, strong organizational skills, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary network.
