Job summary

PharmaLex Italy SPA in Milan (San Babila area) offers a full-time internship in project management within a leading healthcare communications and medical education company.

You will support planning and coordination of scientific and educational events, manage participant registrations, travel arrangements and liaison with faculty, attendees and vendors, while developing organizational and teamwork skills in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Availability to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and coordination of scientific and educational events.
• Assist with participant registration management and communications.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, ticket issuance, accommodation bookings, and transfers.
• Provide administrative and organizational support to project teams.
• Liaise with faculty members, attendees, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of event-related documentation and materials.
• Support project execution while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
