Un'azienda farmaceutica globale cerca un Medical Advisor Oncology per contribuire allo sviluppo della strategia medica e fornire input alla strategia del marchio. Il candidato ideale avrà almeno 3 anni di esperienza, eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e sarà fluente in inglese. Pharma Point, on behalf of a global pharmaceutical company, is looking for a

MEDICAL ADVISOR ONCOLOGY

The Medical Advisor contributes to the development of medical strategy and provides medical input into brand strategies, as well as medical guidance and governance for therapeutic areas, ensuring full support throughout the product lifecycle.

The role offers the opportunity to work in a cross-functional team on a product with a distinctive and innovative therapeutic profile, supporting its launch and scientific positioning in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a scientific reference for the assigned product, both internally (Medical Department, Business) and externally (Scientific Clinical Experts, Hospitals, Universities), ensuring effective medical presence in the company’s therapeutic area.
  • Support the implementation of scientific initiatives (clinical, epidemiological, observational trials, etc.) in line with strategic and tactical plans, timelines, and compliance standards.
  • Contribute to the medical component of the Brand Strategy and develop the Medical Plan.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director to support pre-marketing, launch, and post-launch medical-scientific activities for the assigned product(s).
  • Ensure solid cross-functional collaboration and effective scientific support to business teams in line with shared objectives and priorities.
  • Work with the Medical Director to define KOL and stakeholder engagement strategies consistent with brand plans.
  • Provide active support during budget planning and monitoring for all assigned activities and projects.

Professional Expertise

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver medical-scientific content to a variety of stakeholders.
