Descrizione del lavoro

Responsibilities:

1. Manage day to day media operations for Media Campaign. Must have knowledge across both digital & traditional media.

2. Lead media campaign strategies, set KPIs & analyze media plans sent by media agency to ensure high quality standards & to guarantee business objectives are being met.

3. Determine the optimal investment plan by setting KPIs for media investments and managing performance.

4. Verify and analyze all media reporting/data sent by internal data team & media agency to make sure media KPI’s are being met; conduct in-depth analyses, and make data-driven optimization recommendations.

5. Troubleshoot any queries that might arise from local marketing managers with regards to media planning & buying. Must be able to answer all questions effectively across variety of media channels.

6. Work closely with overseas regional team and detect regional/markets real, underlying concerns or problems to provide solutions proactively; Conduct media playbook for campaigns, and share key learnings across regional media marketing teams to accelerate growth and replicate success worldwide to assist local markets achieve media best practices, including targeting, effectiveness, frequency, creative.

7. Work with global media partners to facilitate training, develop learning agenda, innovational tests etc. to boost media performance.

8. Facilitate and keep track of global project operations, such as onboarding of new tools, analyzing impact, and provide knowledge support etc.

9. Think of new & innovative solutions to any work challenges that might arise.

Requirements:

1. Generally requires a bachelor’s degree with a minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Media Planning & Buying.

2. Must have Media Agency experience.

3. Proficiency in digital media KPIs, tracking and online analytics a must.

4. Strong digital background with digital proficiency across global digital platforms (Google, Meta, Twitter, Tiktok etc.)

5. Expert level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

6. Fluent oral and written in Italian and English. Proficiency in Chinese seen as an advantage.

7. Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks/projects in a fast-paced deadline driven environment and deliver quality results.

8. Familiar with executive level reporting and communication. Able to clearly communicate digital media concepts to an audience with a wide variation in digital experience.
