Job Description

We're currently seeking a Media Intelligence Specialist to join our Omnichannel Media Strategy & Intelligence Team - a pivotal function in elevating brand awareness among consumers, fueling demand generation, and driving revenue growth.

How you'll live your ambition

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the performance of omnichannel campaigns through key performance indicators (KPIs), while collaborating closely with our Media Agency. You will deliver actionable insights and in-depth analysis to support data-driven strategies and decision-making within the team. Reporting to the Media Intelligence Manager, our future colleague will have the opportunity to work alongside various marketing teams and contribute across functions—based at our HQ in Genoa.

Demonstrate your passion

  • Like a dynamic, real-time map, you'll have the exciting opportunity to analyze media plans and performance across KPIs for both Offline channels (TV, Radio) and Digital Media (SEA/SEO, Display, Social, Programmatic, and more), covering the countries where Costa runs advertising campaigns—primarily across Europe. Your work will rely on tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and various dashboards.
  • You'll support the monitoring and analysis of media activation impact on business results, also working with advanced measurement frameworks such as Marketing Mix Modeling (Econometrics) and Attribution Models.
  • Your contributions will enable data-driven decision making, by gathering and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources to uncover insights and drive strategic support.

  • You will take an active role in preparing ad hoc analyses to support regular business updates, strategy documents, and annual Strategic Planning.
  • You’ll collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders, working closely with our Media Agency to gather the necessary data and interpret trends, competitive landscapes, and explore innovative solutions—while also supporting analyses on Adobe CDP.
  • We're always eager to discover new horizons! That’s why we welcome your proposals and fresh ideas for designing new reporting approaches and methodologies.

What makes you unique

  • First and foremost, you bring a genuine passion for Media and Marketing, along with a strong curiosity for staying current on emerging trends and technologies.
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Engineering, or Economics, equipping you with a solid foundation in technical skills and an analytical mindset.
  • With proven expertise in data analysis and business intelligence, you demonstrate excellent analytical capabilities and confidence in data management and campaign tracking, with an exceptional eye for detail.
  • You possess strong technical proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint), and tools such as Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics.
  • We’re looking for someone fluent in both Italian and English—any additional language skills are considered a valuable asset.
