A leading EPC Contractor in Puglia is seeking x3 Mechanical Site Supervisors for a large solar project. Ideal candidates must be fluent in Italian and have experience in Renewable Energy projects. Responsibilities include supervising mechanical works and coordinating site activities. This is a 1-year contract with salary negotiable based on experience, and candidates will work under Italian Employment Laws.

Overview

x3 Mechanical Site Supervisors required to work for a large Italian EPC Contractor in the North of Puglia on a large Solar Project. Ideal candidates MUST speak Italian and have Mechanical Site Supervisor experience on Renewable Energy (Solar or Wind or BESS), Civil or Construction projects, or large Electrical Substation New Build Projects. The site is split into different phases, so three Mechanical Site Supervisors are required. Starting ASAP. 1 year contract available; client has more projects coming up in Italy. Salary is negotiable depending on experience. Candidates will be issued Italian Employment Contracts and work under Italian Employment Laws. 5 days a week onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site supervision for mechanical works on a large solar project in the North of Puglia.
• Coordinate site activities across multiple phases of the project.
• Ensure compliance with Italian employment laws and EPC contract requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain safety, quality, and schedule.
• Report progress and issues to the project management team.

Requirements

• Must speak Italian.
• Mechanical Site Supervisor experience on Renewable Energy projects (Solar, Wind, or BESS) or Civil/Construction projects or large Electrical Substation New Build projects.
• Previous experience supervising mechanical works on large-scale projects.
• Available to start ASAP; eligible to work in Italy.
• Willing to work onsite 5 days a week.

Contract Details

• 1 year contract ( potential for future projects in Italy ).
• Salary negotiable based on experience.
