Freudenberg Italia is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer with expertise in mechanical seals and rotating equipment to join the Lombardy engineering team.

You will create 3D models and BOMs, measure components, and prepare technical documents while ensuring compliance with engineering policies. Fluent English and Italian are required, with EU work permission; salary range is 35,000–50,000 EUR gross annually.

Qualificações

• Engineering degree or technical background is required.
• At least five years in mechanical seal, pumps or rotating equipment design.
• Proficiency with Solid Edge for drawings; solid office tools knowledge.
• Fluent both in English and Italian; EU work permit.

Responsabilidades

• Create 3D models and related BOMs.
• Measure mechanical seal components.
• Prepare technical documents related to component design per policies and procedures.
• Present in technical and program reviews.
• Check dimensions of seal components and verify suitability of designs.
• Set quality procedures and manuals for installation and refurbishment of seals.
