Freudenberg Sealing Technologies in Italy is seeking a Process Engineer to join our dynamic R&D team in Pinerolo. You will qualify and validate processes, develop new manufacturing methods, and help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.

The role covers documentation, tests, and ongoing improvements, with international travel (20–30%). The position may be offered on a part-time basis depending on needs and experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics engineering, industrial engineering or related technical field.
• 1–3 years of experience in process engineering in manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Proficiency in Italian and English; willingness to travel internationally (20–30%).

Mansioni

• Develop new manufacturing processes and validate them.
• Prepare comprehensive process documentation for proposals and projects.
• Improve and develop proprietary process technologies.
• Write protocols, test sheets and qualification reports.
• Perform qualification/validation tests to meet quality criteria.
