Kirby Group Engineering seeks a Mechanical Project Manager to lead construction of Mechanical Piping and HVAC projects. You will plan, organize and control all activities, build strong client relationships, and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires a Building Services/Mechanical engineering background and 8+ years of project management experience on pharmaceutical projects, with pre-commissioning and turnover expertise.

Formación

• Significant Project management experience 8+ years.
• Previous record of delivering small to medium mechanical pharmaceutical projects.
• Pre-commissioning & system turnover experience.
• HVAC and building services experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project start-up including handover from estimating to construction.
• Manage site team and ensure adherence to programme, budget and safety standards.
• Liaise with client and design teams on procurement and engineering issues.
• Develop safety, quality and commissioning plans; ensure testing and turnover.
• Submit monthly progress reports and maintain project close-out documentation.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and graduates.
