Job summary

GEA cerca un Ingegnere Meccanico/Meccatronico per progettare e configurare omogeneizzatori in linea con le specifiche del cliente e i requisiti di progetto, con attenzione a qualità e normative.

La posizione prevede supporto tecnico interno, collaborazione con il team di Vendite, validazioni di unità e miglioramento continuo in un contesto internazionale, con opportunità di crescita e piano pensionistico.

Qualifications

  • Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Meccanica/Meccatronica o campo correlato.
  • 0–3 anni di esperienza in ruoli ingegneristici o tecnici.
  • Buona conoscenza dell'inglese ( minimo B1).

Responsibilities

  • Progettare e configurare omogeneizzatori secondo specifiche cliente e requisiti di progetto.
  • Supportare profili interni durante l'intero ciclo di vita del progetto.
  • Collaborare con il Sales team in meeting tecnici con i clienti.
  • Eseguire validazioni di unità omogeneizzatrici nel rispetto degli standard.

Job description

Responsibilities / Tasks
  • Design and configure homogenizers according to customer specifications and project requirements.
  • Provide technical support and expertise to internal departments throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team by participating in customer meetings and technical discussions.
  • Execute validation procedures for pharmaceutical homogenizer units, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and customer requirements.
  • Apply and maintain knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and norms related to homogenizer design and manufacturing.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of products, processes, and engineering practices.
  • Support cross-functional projects and collaborate with colleagues across different departments and Group companies.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, innovation, and operational excellence, aligned with LEAN principles.
Your Profile / Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of professional experience in engineering, design, or technical roles.
  • Good command of English (minimum B1 level).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to quality and detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and international environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, develop technical expertise, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • La fascia retributiva indicativa prevista per il ruolo è compresa tra 30 e 36 K€ di RAL e sarà valutata sulla base di esperienza, competenze tecniche, livello di autonomia e allineamento con il mercato di riferimento.
