Job summary

GEA Germany GmbH in Parma, Italy, seeks a Mechanical/Mechatronics engineer to design and configure homogenizers per customer specs and project requirements. You will provide technical support across the project lifecycle and collaborate with Sales during customer meetings and discussions.

The role requires 0–3 years of engineering experience, strong analytical skills, and a customer-oriented mindset. You will work in an international environment with Lean principles and opportunities for

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of professional experience in engineering, design, or technical roles.
  • Good command of English (minimum B1 level).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to quality and detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and international environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, develop technical expertise, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of products, processes, and engineering practices.
  • Support cross-functional projects and collaborate with colleagues across different departments and Group companies.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, innovation, and operational excellence, aligned with LEAN principles.

La fascia retributiva indicativa prevista per il ruolo è compresa tra 30 e 36 K€ di RAL e sarà valutata sulla base di esperienza, competenze tecniche, livello di autonomia e allineamento con il mercato di riferimento.
