MECHANICAL PRODUCTION & SITE SUPERVISOR

Requisiti:

FRAG srl is seeking a Mechanical Production & Site Supervisor to oversee site activities and workshop component production for power plant projects.

The candidate will manage production activities in the workshop and installation activities on-site, up to commissioning.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Overall organizational management of the project during assembly in the workshop and on-site, including commissioning
  • Manage document analysis and coordinate with the Engineering department
  • Ensure adherence to contractual timelines, reporting additional needs for workforce or equipment
  • Supervise and provide technical support during assembly in workshops and on-site
  • Perform small manual tasks during erection using portable equipment
  • Verify quality control plans
  • Record As Built details on-site and report to the design department
  • Conduct preliminary site inspections
  • Complete assigned activities within scheduled deadlines with weekly planning
  • Interface with the client or their representative regarding site management issues
  • Ensure proper assembly, organization, quality, and safety standards
  • Report non-conformities related to quality, safety, and environmental compliance to Project Manager
  • Control and report progress through reports
  • Coordinate with ERP systems (e.g., reporting, closing production orders)
  • Support process improvements in production and assembly, including component prep, ergonomics, handling, etc.
  • Occasionally support other departments such as expediting, commissioning, or warehouse activities
  • Optimize management of site and workshop activities

Requirements:

  • Technical diploma and/or Mechanical Engineering degree
  • At least 3 years of experience managing site activities and engineering coordination
  • Experience with power, energy, oil & gas, or chemical plant projects
  • Experience in site or contractor management
  • Preferred experience in Technical Office or Maintenance in established companies
  • Basic instrumentation knowledge
  • Experience managing projects within time and budget constraints
  • Good command of English
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for medium to long durations

Work Location: Brescia with European travel

Availability: Immediate
