Technogym invites applications for a Mechanical Quality Laboratory Specialist based in Bertinoro, Italy. You will be the reference for product validation and testing activities within a structured manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include calibrating and maintaining lab instrumentation, performing dimensional, mechanical, and durability tests, and developing new test methodologies to support R&D and new product introductions. Strong teamwork and English communication are essential.

• Proven background in a Quality Laboratory within a structured manufacturing environment.
• Excellent knowledge of metrology and proficiency in using advanced measurement instruments (CMM, LaserScan, calipers).
• Advanced ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including GD&T.

Your Role

We are looking for a Mechanical Quality Laboratory Specialist who will be the point of reference for all product validation and testing activities.

Your Impact

• Manage, calibrate, and maintain all laboratory instrumentation (e.g., CMM machines, dynamometers, climatic chambers).
• Perform dimensional, mechanical, performance, and durability tests on components and finished products according to control plans and technical specifications.
• Develop and validate new test methodologies to support R&D and new product introduction.
• Analyze test results, prepare detailed technical reports, and ensure proper documentation traceability.
• Provide technical and analytical support to Quality Engineers during root cause analysis investigations.
• Isolate, characterize, and manage non-conforming products identified during testing phases.

About You

• Proven background in a Quality Laboratory within a structured manufacturing environment.
• Excellent knowledge of metrology and proficiency in using advanced measurement instruments (CMM, LaserScan, calipers, etc.).
• Advanced ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including GD&T.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical testing (tensile, hardness), material analysis, and durability tests.
• Knowledge of major international testing standards (ISO, ASTM).
• Good comprehension of technical English.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Compensation Data

We believe great work deserves great recognition.

For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 30,000 and 50,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
